• Description:
The Executive Groups Coordinator (EGC) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing a group of managers and their respective teams to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. The EGC ensures that operational goals are met and fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Qualifications:
○ BSc. in Biotechnology.
○ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
○ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
○ He is aware of the surrounding environment and has the faith to change.
○ He can develop himself.
○ Excellent in English and Arabic language.
○ Motivation and inspiration for his team.
○ Ability to traverl, explore, & expanding both networks and visions or plans.
• Responsibilities:
○ Overseeing specific program areas or departments, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
○ A trustee of the executive team’s secrets, which requires a high level of honesty.
○ Developing and implementing program plans and budgets.
○ Representing the organization at events and meetings related to their area of expertise.
○ Building and maintaining relationships with partners.
○ Continuous improvement of the team at all levels.
○ Adapting to the surrounding environment and making plans to deal with changes.
